• Key criteria on which is based the idea of :
  – open (glass facades, no fences);
  – parade ground for the visitors with a canopy to create a comfortable environment for communications;
  – all the trees on the site remain their only building bypasses;
  – of the existing platform comes second floor parking as well as other locations to accommodate currently not found
  – energy technology: the roof are solar heaters.
