An annual autumn forum “Real estate. Development. Retail” took place in Lviv.

This year the event was held in the premises of the unfinished mall Victoria Gardens, which was a challenge for the organizers, but the intrigue for visitors. The forum brought together representatives of the most successful construction companies, design companies, developers, retailers in Western Ukraine.

   Speakers from companies and analysts such as JLL, Collers, DTZ, affirmed that Lviv today become one of the leading cities in the country in the interest of business, successful real estate development and successful investment.

   Andriy Vyshnevskyi (owner and director of the Institute Design Comfortbud) shared his observations regarding market design of residential facilities. The basic idea of his presentation is that “the culture” of developers increases, more attention is drawn to the project architecture, comfort and convenience of residents.

Forum was the perfect place to celebrate the 10th anniversary of our company in the professional circle.
