At the end of November, EE Real Estate Forum 2017 – Third Real Estate Forum in Eastern Europe took place in Kyiv. The real estate markets of Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Moldova and Ukraine represented more than 200 first persons of the companies from 12 countries.

 

    At the opening a welcoming speech was made by the Deputy Minister of Regional Development, Construction and Housing and Communal Services Lev Partskhaladze.

 

    Within the framework of the four discussion panels, the issues of Ukraine’s investment opportunities, legal aspects and ties with state authorities in dealing with the investor, trends in each of the segments of the real estate market, as well as problems of urbanization and urban development were discussed.

    The EE Project Awards winner ceremony took place during the gala dinner. The “ComfortBud” Design Institute  was nominated for the “Design Company of the Year”. It is extremely enjoyable that our projects were marked by a jury and we entered a short list.

 

   The international jury of the Award in 2017 includes more than 40 independent professionals from different segments of the real estate market: architecture, design, project management, development, retail, law firms, etc.

 

A pleasant surprise was the fact that in the nomination “Cottage town of the year” won the Green Hills (Kyiv region, Ukraine), where the Comfortbud Design Institute performed the design work. Congratulations to our partners!
