Autumn Forum of Developers in Lviv
At the Autumn Forum of Developers, organized by the law firm HD Partners, a high-quality audience of developers gathered attentively listening to market experts, engaged in discussions and actively participated in the event.
The event began with the presentation by Natalia Reva from the profile edition of Property Times with a selection of trends in the Ukrainian residential real estate market and trends of European developers.
Julian Chaplinsky, Lviv’s Chief Architect, told about how Lviv authorities are approaching the rethinking of the old and creating new public spaces, as well as the implemented project of the Sheptytskyi Center, which is most proud. This year’s forum was held in its premises.

JLL’s experts provided a very useful presentation with an analysis of the commercial real estate market.
I am pleased that the interest in such events from developers is high. The event brought together developers not only from Lviv but also from other regions. It is noteworthy that the owners of companies have recently redefined and changed their approaches to business. Part of the developers has learned to think about the master plan of projects, rather than the beautiful facades. That, as a result, qualitatively influences the comfort of the life of the final buyer in the built residential complexes.
