The event was opened by Leo Partskhaladze, he told to all partisipants about steps to improve the investment climate in Ukraine. Overall, the event brought together about 300 participants. Among the invited guests and speakers were present development, investment, construction companies, architectural firms and law firms, and public and financial institutions.

 

   In the EEA Real Esatate Forum, within 4 discussion panels were discussed the main segment of the real estate market and its prospects. We saw many interesting presentations of investment opportunities and the best designs office, retail, residential, industrial and logistics real estate.

 

   In the evening at the reception were declared winners of the EEA Real Estate Forum & Project Awards. In the category “Architectural Company of the Year” was attended by four companies: ”Comfortbud” Design Institute”  “,” ARCHIMATIKA “,  Creative Architectural Workshop “A.Pashenko” and “Urban Experts + Leslie Jones”. The victory earned the company« ARCHIMATIKA ». We congratulate the winner and wish many interesting projects!
