Development of the concept of building office complex in Lviv

• Purpose: Office buildings and public facilitiesThis project is designed to participate in the “Development of concept (sketch) building office complex in the Lviv on the Panas Mirny, 24 street, organized by the company “Adamas”. Its main purpose is to develop the concept of an office complex for the IT-sector in the Lviv city new architectural and urban contexts and socio-economic conditions.
• Area: 10685 sq.m.

The principles on which is based the idea of :
organic inscribing the environment;
environmental;
minimalism;
topicality.

Key elements of visual and functional solutions:
Massive external console units with terraces;
The combination of white, gray, brown and green colors;
Planning floors using the principle of open office in combination with the closed office space;
The use of the first floor in coworking;
Location on the eighth floor sky bar;
Planting internal space.
